Author Profiles on Goodreads and Amazon
As the Holiday Season approaches I’ve been continuing my on-going education in the field of self-publishing. I recently completed my author page on Amazon (http://goo.gl/mr4Lo8) as well as joining Goodreads and taking part in their Author Program. Both tasks were relatively painless and frankly it’s something that I should have done a long time ago. There are a few social media hurdles that I still have to wrap my head around but I feel that I’m close to grasping what it takes to promote myself as an indie author.
I’ve been quite busy lately writing for my digital magazine Comix Asylum (www.comixasylum.com) as well as doing some voiceover work for some of the videos we produce on our Comix Asylum YouTube channel. I also recently helped to launch a new novel called Edge: East Wind in Paradise by Carl Jackson through Createspace and Amazon, and will now be turning my attention once again to my temporal twins, Miles and Derrick.
I’m going to be starting a new free book promotion for Chronokari Alpha: Time is Relative through Amazon beginning this Friday. I’ll have more to say on that later on, but I’m looking forward to making the book available for free downloads before Christmas.
